Co-Founder

Oct 2020 – Present Β· 5 yrs 5 mos Β· Greater London, England, United Kingdom

  • Kinhub is a proactive coaching platform that allows diverse teams to reach peak performance. In today’s complex and dynamic workplace, merely being reactive to HR issues is costing companies in wasted time, productivity and money spent on rising PMI premiums, sick pay and employee churn.
  • By educating all employees on subjects from diversity and inclusion to neurodiversity and financial wellbeing, we can upskill teams, increase emotional intelligence and avoid conflict before it arises. This means HR teams have more time to deliver strategic business value and cost savings, and their colleagues can focus on completing projects and growing the business.
  • Kinhub offers personalised support on topics including fertility, pregnancy and birth, childcare and eldercare, mental health support, relationships and divorce, menopause, manopause and financial wellbeing. And our manager training and team workshops are designed to help you strengthen and shape the psychological safety of your business at the same time.
  • Kinhub (formerly β€˜Kami’) was founded in 2019 by co-founders Erika Brodnock, Jacob Herandi and Helen Yannakoudakis and is already supporting teams at organisations including the University of Oxford, JP Morgan, Factset and the University of Exeter and is funded by Morgan Stanley and Google for Startups.
  • Kinhub supports the Parents 1st Foundation. Our 3:1 matched-subscription policy means that for every three employees that get access to Kinhub, one low-income family will too.
  • Kinhub and its founders have been recognised across the media including by Sifted, Forbes and TechCrunch.
  • We are located in central London, so keep an eye on our open roles!

  • Responsive Repairs.
  • Liaison with tenants, technical officers and contractors to ensure repairs carried out timeously, to the highest standards. I was first point of contact for tenants with enquiries or complaints. I competently delivered services to customers in a positive and friendly manner. I was required to respond to direction quickly, effectively be adaptable and unafraid of taking on extra responsibilities. I was regularly required to cover varied roles due to staff absence and changes in structure causing an increase in workloads. Importantly this role also enabled me to enhance my level of safety awareness. My judgement needed to be precise and due consideration awarded to staff, the public and contractors so that safety was not compromised, while non emergencies were treated as such so that budgets were not exceeded and contractors were given ample opportunity to have repairs completed on time.
