• Responsive Repairs.
• Liaison with tenants, technical officers and contractors to ensure repairs carried out timeously, to the highest standards. I was first point of contact for tenants with enquiries or complaints. I competently delivered services to customers in a positive and friendly manner. I was required to respond to direction quickly, effectively be adaptable and unafraid of taking on extra responsibilities. I was regularly required to cover varied roles due to staff absence and changes in structure causing an increase in workloads. Importantly this role also enabled me to enhance my level of safety awareness. My judgement needed to be precise and due consideration awarded to staff, the public and contractors so that safety was not compromised, while non emergencies were treated as such so that budgets were not exceeded and contractors were given ample opportunity to have repairs completed on time.

• I gained proficiency in job roles ranging from Information and Advice Officer, New Deal Adviser, Team Manager, Marketing Officer and Performance Improvement Consultant. Each of these roles required me to be able to action plan, prioritise, organise both myself and others so that business needs and objectives were met, while maintaining exemplary levels of customer care to both internal and external customers. In my role as Marketing Officer I was required to engage local businesses to fill their vacancies via the jobcentre. I was responsible for the management of vacancies, matching and vetting candidates, organisation of Job Fair's. In my role as a Performance Improvement Consultant I was responsible for analysing statistical performance information, identifying areas for improvement and generating innovative ways in which to effect improvement (including running training sessions, one to one coaching and implementing new procedures). I regularly arranged prepared and ran meetings and forums, constructing agendas, ordering food, minute taking, facilitating discussions and breakout sessions and collecting and evaluating feedback. I was also responsible for liaising with the Senior Management Team ensuring messages re changes in targets, policies and priorities were cascaded effectively to staff and that their views were fed back up the line.
