• My current role is to run Global In-house Center for Tax and Accounting business unit in Pune. We are setting up a new center in Pune and forming new development and testing teams in this center.

• Managed delivery teams comprising of 650+ team members across delivery centers. My role was to drive delivery excellence initiatives (like code quality improvements), supporting competency development drives, setting right culture by implementing metrics program.
• On business side, transforming T&M engagements into FP or outcome based engagements has been constant endeavor. This transformation helped our customers to achieve their goals and it helped Mindtree to offer innovative solutions.
• In March 2011, I received a trophy in recognition of the outstanding contributions made towards achieving CMMi certification.
• Being a senior leader based in Pune, I was a part of decision making process related to Pune center with respect to the role of support functions, local team satisfaction issues at the center.

• I started with leading testing engagement (Each rolling up to 50 team members) and later on independently ran delivery of test and development engagement of high growth account. Responsibilities were of resource management, competency development, resolving implementation issues in delivery management.
• Operational goals were pyramid optimization, rotation of team members, margins improvement. I did coordination with technology practices and labs, support functions, pre-sales group. In these years, I got excellent experience in coordinating across locations, conflict resolution in teams on-site and off-shore, aligning team efforts to customer’s vision of the product, creating next level of leadership to facilitate rapid growth. One of my teams received “Best project team” award in September 2007.
• I have progressively led large delivery engagements (200 team members) with distributed delivery locations with projects portfolio.
• In 2008, a Certificate of appreciation was given to me for being role model in nurturing high performance work teams.

• We started as a product company specializing in personal investment manager. As a founding stakeholder, I was involved in setting operations of the company right from company registration onwards. Setting up seed team, coordinating with data stream vendors and selling first few copies provided unique experience.
• Later on, product company was transformed into a software services company. Software services were offered for clinical data management and for other business applications. Mobile handset applications were developed for logistics companies. Mobile handsets connected to bar code readers, magnetic card readers to provide innovative applications for mobile force.
