I’m a result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years of rich experience in IT, BFSI, and BPO hiring, known for managing end-to-end recruitment, client delivery, and team leadership at scale. My career started with The Career Next, where I was promoted to Team Lead within 6 months, handling BPO hiring (Voice & Non-Voice) with a team of 3. I then joined Prodigy Human Resource, where I handled BFSI and IT hiring. Here, I managed client coordination, daily reporting, sourcing & screening, and delivery follow-ups.
