Being a charismatic leader, working efficiently with the teams, and creating long-lasting relations with all the stakeholders is my top priority. Working on a rigorous schedule and meeting deadlines has made me achieve many awards and made my peers trust me to elect me as their leader. My skills in leadership, ability to focus, time management, negotiation, and working under pressure increased multi-fold through the roles and responsibilities I have taken up in my life so far. Currently, I am responsible for growing Pratilipi.com, a digital storytelling platform for Indian authors and readers, through new user acquisition at a healthy cost. Completed my MBA from IIM Sirmaur and had the pleasure of also serving as President of the Student Council of IIM Sirmaur for AY 2020-21. My strong inclination to serve society made me Join the Sankalp-CSR committee at my institute which created an impact on children's lives residing in and around my institute. Joining a baby IIM provided me with multiple opportunities to lay down strong foundations and serve my student community. Such one initiative was forming a student academic committee to uphold the academic rigour of an IIM and safeguard students' rights. I am a travel enthusiast with a special interest in bike riding. Practising meditation helps me keep my calm and composure always. Photography excites me.
