  • Mapping, identification, and correction of failures in Eletrobras processes (major Brazilian electric utility company, with revenues of US$ 11.4 billion). In all, 20 gaps were corrected, zeroing the failure process to obtain SOx certification.
  • Work to investigate complaints at Petrobras and BR Distributor for six months at the headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, divided into two stages: planning and investigating irregularities.
