  • 1st project - I helped BCG Digital Ventures build a 25-people venture team based in Shanghai within 5 months, including software engineers, product designers, operations members and more.
  • 2nd project - I helped early stage SaaS startup Back (backhq.com) build their employer branding, improve their interview process, and made 6 hires across marketing, sales, and engineering. On behalf of Back, I spoke at the Enable Diversity event hosted by Microsoft for Startups.
  • 3rd project - I joined Talentspace as their first recruiter to build up the entire talent function from scratch. I created everything people-related, ranging from implementing an ATS, creating scorecards, training interviewers, improving onboarding, and led the company's first remote team events. I made 14 full-time hires and 2 working student hires in 6 months.
  • 4th project - I joined Blinkist in their talent acquisition team to mentor junior colleagues and fill 14 positions in marketing, software engineering, data science, finance, and talent acquisition. I co-led projects such as the referral program, hiring manager and interviewer training.
