• First product person at ACELR8. Built and launched ACELR8 Connect, a platform that powers hiring pipelines, from 0 to 1. Worked with a team of 1 designer and 3 developers.

• Conducted user research and testing, created wireframes using Figma to explore solutions;
• Created the pricing model, sales process, and led sales for 6 months. Repeat customer rate is 35.7%;

• ACELR8 offers Recruitment-as-a-Service, for some of the fastest growing startups to scale up their teams. We combine agency speed with in-house quality to consult our clients on recruitment and hire the best talent worldwide.
• 1st project - I helped BCG Digital Ventures build a 25-people venture team based in Shanghai within 5 months, including software engineers, product designers, operations members and more.
• 2nd project - I helped early stage SaaS startup Back (backhq.com) build their employer branding, improve their interview process, and made 6 hires across marketing, sales, and engineering. On behalf of Back, I spoke at the Enable Diversity event hosted by Microsoft for Startups.
• 3rd project - I joined Talentspace as their first recruiter to build up the entire talent function from scratch. I created everything people-related, ranging from implementing an ATS, creating scorecards, training interviewers, improving onboarding, and led the company's first remote team events. I made 14 full-time hires and 2 working student hires in 6 months.
• 4th project - I joined Blinkist in their talent acquisition team to mentor junior colleagues and fill 14 positions in marketing, software engineering, data science, finance, and talent acquisition. I co-led projects such as the referral program, hiring manager and interviewer training.

• Together with 3 colleagues, I'm also spearheading the Diversity & Inclusion project at ACELR8, aiming to create a better work culture within and beyond ACELR8;
• One of the 3 Talking Talent Ambassadors at ACELR8, and was an organizer, a speaker, a host for 4 different Talking Talent events;

• I helped build the 25-people venture team at Optize (optivisioncare.cn) from scratch in Shanghai, including engineering, design, product and operation teams.

• Deep Web Solutions is a WordPress web development agency. As a Project Manager, I coordinate the designers and developers to make sure the project is on track and meets clients' needs. My tasks included:
• Creating website wireframes for the designers;
• Communicate with the designers and developers, keeping track of the projects;
• Researching the market for each client.
• In a small startup, I realized my responsibility to not just fulfill role responsibilities, but also to always work towards growing the company. I also managed all of the company's marketing and branding, and led the Berlin office to explore new partnerships and opportunities.

In the 2017-2018 cohort, 36 participants were selected out of 5000 applicants.
• I was voted by my fellow associates as the Best Fellow, an award given to an individual with the most positive influence on the rest of the cohort. I also voiced the intro to the DBA Year 4 video.
