  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in methodology of candidate attraction and implement accordingly.
  • Gathering competitor information insights and enrich ATS communities with high profile candidates.
  • Supporting the ITA Team to streamline the stakeholder hiring process including receipt of Request to ---Recruiting and offers within required SLAs
  • Providing stakeholders with a talent pool of early years/ entry level talent
  • Writing adverts to support hiring needs as and when required
