I'm a third-generation family business owner and an entrepreneur building businesses and backing founders across India's startup ecosystem. Over the past seven years, I've scaled my retail business, Value India, growing its revenue 4x. In January 2026, I also co-founded Ibex Networks, an electronics distribution firm that helps new-age brands access offline markets through reliable supply chain partnerships. Beyond my role at Value & Ibex, I’m also the principal consultant at Quotient Consulting. I work with early and growth-stage founders to craft clear, actionable business and GTM strategies. As a part of my larger goal to create impact in the Indian Startup Ecosystem, I launched Quotient Venture School (QVS) - a research-backed knowledge bank for Startup Founders. My family business operates across construction & real estate, retail, and automobile dealerships, giving me firsthand exposure to diverse industries. I hold advanced training in Family Business Management from Kellogg School of Management and IE Business School, and completed my PGP in Management of Family Business at ISB in 2023. Outside of work, I'm a specialty coffee enthusiast and avid traveller. But what I value most is meaningful conversation.
