I run product for Zendesk AI Agents — the company’s flagship AI automation platform serving thousands of global enterprises. Since joining through the Ultimate.ai acquisition 18 months ago, together with my team, I’ve scaled AI Agents to $100M+ ARR, 4x’d our customer base, and transformed the product into one of Zendesk’s core growth engines. AI Agents now powers autonomous customer service for Netflix, Vimeo, Levi’s, Just Eat Takeaway, Reddit, and thousands of others — automating 80%+ of support interactions across messaging, email, and voice. I lead a global product organization building the platform that makes this possible: agentic AI systems, multi-channel automation, zero-training deployment, and the commercial infrastructure to support enterprise scale. My focus is turning AI into a durable business — integrating automation deeply into Zendesk’s platform, co-defining how we price and package automated resolutions, and establishing automated resolutions as both a product capability and a commercial metric that drives enterprise adoption. Before Zendesk, I built AI and automation platforms at Ultimate.ai and Dixa through high-growth phases, M&A integrations, and platform consolidations. I build AI products that scale — technically, commercially, and organizationally.
