As part of growth initiatives, he also led the PMF efforts for Offline Pay Later vertical with primary focus on the grocery segment. In the past, he has led the ITR category for Cleartax handling corporate partnerships for B2C business followed by scaling up the CA products (TaxcloudIndia and ClearTDS). He drove a major product revamp for TaxcloudIndia and ClearTDS, thereby increasing the product adoption by 2X. During his time at Ola, he was part of the strategy team reporting to the Chief of Staff where he set up a ‘cash collection process cum product’ for Driver Partners. Within 2 months, he helped the company recover 85% receivable and ensured a smooth cash flow for the leasing business. He went on to lead the Ola Auto category and launched 75+ cities within a quarter, doubling the PAN India business. Thereafter, Deepak was part of establishing the luxury car category for the company and launched 'Ola Lux' growing the business to 3 cities within 2 months. In addition, he has worked with food tech startup (FRSH) and has briefly touched entrepreneurship in B2B buying (Mindblaze Tech). In his free time, he consults across his areas of expertise.
