His responsibilities encompass Avanade’s strategic direction, growth acceleration, market expansion, and fostering an inclusive culture that emphasizes diversity, continuous learning, and well-being. He also leads Avanade's global SMEC business unit, where he and his team's work with the clients globally in the Microsoft SMEC segment bringing the best of Avanade in an agile and AI first method. Leveraging the Avanade Catalyst Solutions (Productized offerings), domain expertise and nonlinear engagement models aligning to the digital sales motions with Microsoft. With over two decades of experience in business management, technology, and consulting, as well as a track record of successfully establishing and scaling businesses in high-growth markets, Bhavya brings strategic insight and expertise to Avanade’s Executive leadership team. In the past, he held the position of Managing Director and General Manager for Avanade’s Southeast Asia (SEA) region, where he shaped and evolved Avanade’s strategic direction, operations, brand, and talent in the region. Before joining Avanade in 2021, Bhavya held several executive leadership roles at Wipro and Reliance. Bhavya is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School(AMP), holding a master’s in business administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications. Bhavya is also a member of the board of directors of International institute of rural reconstruction(IIRR). He is a Senior accredited board of director by Singapore institute of directors.
