I was on open graph team. Much of the stuff you'll see on http:://developers.facebook.com is owned by our team. I've developed a bunch of tools to make integrations with Facebook easier and simpler.
Wrote a service that alerts developers within three hours if a large volume of api errors are seen from their apps. Shipped object browser which lets developers create/update/delete open graph objects in less than a month: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/object-browser. Here is the reaction from my manager after shipping it:
"First diff was put up for review on March 27th. Today is April 18th and I'm at Facebook Mobile DevCon NY watching the Open Graph Object Browser being announced to our developer community. In less than a month we've shipped what is the primary developer tool for managing Open Graph object data, built entirely on our publicly available APIs, and the most beautiful product DevX has ever made.
That is insane. "

Exhilarating it was to crunch TBs of data using thousands of MapReduce workers. During my brief stint at Google, I came up a novel MapReduce algorithm to find cliques in a large graphs. We applied this algorithm to find cliques-of-tags from YouTube video annotations. And this algorithm is frustratingly easy to implement; it's just 20 lines of C++ code.
