• In 2016, I took on the challenge of National Product Head (General Manager) at Havells India.
• My mission? To launch a personal grooming brand that didn’t just exist—it thrived.

• From concept to execution, we built the brand ground up.
• Product design, sourcing, and development? On it. (Yes, even sourcing trips to China twice a year!)
• Marketing & branding? Nailed it—from celebrity endorsements to nationwide ad campaigns.
• Mega product launches? Delivered every time.
• The result? A ₹100 Cr brand in just 5 years.
• This wasn’t just about building a product line. It was about creating a movement. A brand that stood for quality, innovation, and trust in an industry filled with competition.

• Walking into an MNC for the first time, working alongside some of the sharpest minds from IIMs, and taking on responsibilities that still make me go, “Wow, was that really me?”—this was my first taste of the big leagues.
• From 2009 to 2015, I handled National Key Accounts for giants like Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, and Reliance Digital—managing these powerhouse clients across India. Oh, and the stakes?
• Let’s talk 50+ Cr turnover for ONE customer.
• First time managing a team? Check.
• Learning the ropes (and surviving the fire)? Double check.
• The icing on the cake? Competing with leaders from every sector, pan India, and walking away with the Performance+ Award. Not to brag, but it came with a sweet ₹1.5 lac prize too.
