From Crypto to AI, I work with teams building the products of the future, and I love playing my role in such an exciting and energising space. After a decade building Product engineering teams, I’ve built a reputation for precision matching, helping the best teams hire the best engineers. I began my recruitment career as JavaScript was transforming the web to form what it is today. Over the years, I’ve worked with engineers across all backgrounds, focusing on fundamentals over frameworks. I share insights, offer advice when asked, and give back to the community that’s given me so much. Outside of work, you’ll find me hunting for a great coffee or swimming at Sydney’s beaches.
