About

I’ve spent the last four years stocking my toolbox jumping from startups to Vietnam’s biggest private conglomerate, and from ops trenches to investment-banking war rooms, so I could one day build my own venture the right way. Juggling a full-time job, a full university course load, and a growing organization taught me how to manage my time and energy. That venture was UpYouth.org with its Vietnam’s first youth-led startup incubator. We launched to prove that youth in Vietnam can birth billion-dollar startups, just like Zuckerberg’s and Gates’s. Three years in, we’ve guided 40,000+ young founders and helped Vietnam’s youngest teams raise USD 4.5 million in seed capital - the first time top-tier SEA VCs have written checks to founders this age in Vietnam, even through a VC winter. UpYouth blew up the age bias and showed the world that Vietnamese youth can build great companies. Our UpYouth crew boasts one of the highest talent densities in Vietnam (all under 25), with members from nine countries, including MBB, Country Manager, and even 2 first Harvard Deferred MBA admits from a Vietnamese university - proof that the next wave of great talent is already here.
