I love building businesses. I started my first company at 18 while studying Law in Mexico City, and I’ve been creating and scaling businesses ever since. Today, I currently lead two ventures: Sero Labs — an AI holding company building and scaling multiple products under one roof Axentra Solutions — where we develop AI infrastructure for smart cities and public safety My mission is simple: build world-class companies that help people reclaim their time and make better decisions. I created The Triangle of Clarity, a decision-making framework designed to cut through noise and help take action with confidence. I also host Decision Makers, where I interview top entrepreneurs, investors, and creators about the most important decisions they’ve made in life and business and the frameworks behind them.
