I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner in the Cologne office of the Boston Consulting Group. I globally co-lead BCG's Manufacturing and Supply Chain team. Since joining the firm in 2004, I have focused on operations, primarily lean and manufacturing. I have led numerous projects defining manufacturing strategy and optimizing production networks. I have also worked extensively on how manufacturing plants can unlock maximum value and foster continuous improvement.
