During the event, ensuring there are right Game Marshalls, oncalls, spocs are assigned for matches & all issues on a Dashboard are addressed meticulously. It requires a lot of precision to successfully execute events of such scale where as a Team we broke the highest concurrent viewership record with 5.9 Cr Concurrent Users watching the WC'23 Finals.
• Brought Good Agile Adoption in Teams, with considerable improvements in Agile Metrics. Handled all escalations. Improved efficiency with Partnerships team.
• Efficiently did Quarterly Planning for the responsible teams & tracked the execution through clear, concise Dashboards.
• Created Scrum of Scrums(SOS) Dashboard for the whole of Hotstar & help in conducting SOS meeting for the CTO Org.
