• To perform KYC Due Diligence/EDD/CDD on customer accounts and other related parties.
• To coordinate with internal partners such as Front, Middle and Back office staff to obtain required information and applicable.
• Initiate and complete high quality KYC files inclusive of data input, research and analysis.
• Have complete knowledge on performing KYC checks on different types of firms including Family office, Trust/Family Trust/, Fund, Corporate loan transaction.
• Executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary.
• Assisting on other tasks including reviewing multiple Fund/Non fund onboarding requests on a daily basis.
• Perform further investigation on identified suspicious client and client transaction and report to the compliance team.
• Independently Manage multiple simultaneous requests inclusive of customer data maintenance in a high-pressure work environment.
• Identify and resolve or escalate, as appropriate, any issues relation to the onboarding process.
