• I leveraged my experience as a tech recruiter to build the Recruitment Marketing function at xDesign from scratch. I bridge the gap between Marketing and Talent Acquisition and I'm responsible for all things candidate attraction, employer branding and community engagement.
• Completely revamped our job adverts and created guidelines and templates to facilitate our TA's to create their own job adverts across all technical and non-technical roles to a high standard. The new adverts generally resulted in an increase in conversion rate (views:applications) to up 4.5x.
• Managed partnerships and sponsorships with organisations like Manchester Tech Festival, MCR DevCon and ReframeWIT. This included selecting and supporting xDesign speakers and maximising the brand exposure opportunities, particularly as we were establishing ourselves in a new region.
• I started this role in Nov 22' as a 3-month secondment and made the move permanent.

• Boosted disclosure of neurodivergent employees through internal educational sessions.
• Created a standalone Reasonable Adjustments policy which creates a clear and fair process for requesting adjustments.
• Collaborated with Neurobox to design leadership training for our pilot xDLeaders program for existing and future leaders on line managing neurodivergent employees.
