• As the sole Juro team member transferred from our UK headquarters to the our new US, office I’m helping to establish and scale Juro’s US operations. My focus is on supporting our growing US customer base and engaging directly with the in-house legal community to drive adoption of intelligent contract automation.
• I also play a key role in Juro’s AI customer enablement program — helping customers unlock value from cutting-edge tools such as our AI Review functionalities, our ChatGPT integration, and AI-powered data extraction. This includes developing best practices, running enablement sessions, and helping drive product improvements.

• My responsibility in this role is to own the successful implementation of our customer’s contract management transformations as well as work collaboratively with internal business stakeholders to improve the scalability of our implementation and support.
• Having worked with over 100 organisations across the globe, I’m developing expertise in building, implementing, and maintaining high-performance contract engines. I have also become an advocate for contracting and contract management innovation and best practices.
• Juro’s customers include government bodies, blockchain start-ups, and global fitness brands. These organisations are home to some of the most innovative and fast-growing procurement, legal, and finance departments in the world.
• The fundamentals of my day-to-day have look much like they did when I moved into Legal Engineering at Juro. The scope, complexity, and financial impact of the transformations I’m working on have scaled with my experience and attainment.
• In addition to the significant learning and development that comes through the day-to-day of the role itself, I’ve also undertaken the following additional professional development:
• Developed a deep understanding of AI and its commercial applications particularly in contract management and legal/procurement/revenue workflows. As part of this self-directed development, I took this course: ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers - ShortCourse (DeepLearning.AI & OpenAI)
• Alongside an understanding of cutting-edge technology and innovation, I believe it is important to learn and adopt time-tested risk-taking and downside mitigation practices to this end I participated and completed the RWRI (Real World Risk Institute) 18 - Mini Certificate.

• My responsibility in this role was to own the successful implementation of our customer's contract management transformations.
• Leveraging tooling, effective change management, and contract management best practices I successfully helped to revive and optimise contract management at over 50 organisations across the globe. Through data-driven workload management, I consistently exceeded portfolio as well as account-specific speed, value-for-money, and satisfaction targets.
• My day-to-day looked like this:
• > High-level alignment calls/meetings with senior external stakeholders. (CEOs, CFOs, GCs, CLOs, Heads of Procurement, Etc.)
• > Strategic sessions with technical and department-level implementation stakeholders (ranging from tech-stack evaluation with technical stakeholders to sessions educating stakeholders on Contract Management and Legal KPIs and best practices)
• > Tactical sessions with IC and team-level stakeholders (again ranging from integration set-up and maintenance to team-level contract risk management)
• > Direct Training and Support for individual contributors and those "on the ground" (including negotiation training/workshops with Sales Reps and Managers, Procurement/Contract Lifecycle training, Contract repository/register set-up and maintenance)

• My day-to-day was made up of communicating with external senior stakeholders. These included; Heads of Legal, General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and Chief Executive Officers. With these stakeholders, I was building an understanding with these stakeholders of the importance and value of contract management as well as the value of various best practice approaches and tooling.
