• I've been lecturing in person at Goldsmiths as part of their Digital Journalism MA programme, run by the Department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies. I teach students how to film with their mobile phones and how to craft stories that work for News. I also assess their work.

• Part of the core team that launched BBC News's weekly solutions journalism strand People Fixing the World (originally called World Hacks). Devised stories, then filmed, produced and reported them for radio, TV and online. Responsible for viral hit stories like Retuna, Sweden's mall where all shops sell recycled goods, and Circular Runways, both of which achieved more than 50m views (mainly through Facebook). Also presented the radio show which aired on BBC World Service.

• Devising innovative video formats for social media and television for the BBC News Business Unit. Set up strands including Future Designs, My Shop, Weird Workplaces and CEO Secrets.
• The CEO Secrets series has now been running for 8 years, with more than 350 CEOs and founders interviewed. It runs on TV, online, radio and social media. I plan, research, produce, film, edit and report the series myself, in collaboration with business colleagues. Lead video producer on #BBCTrending, a new kind of news show covering stories that trend on social media from around the globe. Lead producer on Touchcast, an interactive, dynamic video platform for touchscreen mobile. And producer on #Instafax, a short form video news service designed for mobile platforms including Instagram and Vine. Producing, piloting, filming, editing and devising social media strategies for all the above.
