I lead the CSX_CoE Analytics & Technology team, covering a broad remit including Customer Master Data, Systems & Business Processes, Reporting & Analytics, and up until Sept 25 also the Complex Order Management team until their new manager was able to transfer. I’m also actively involved in continuous improvement initiatives and global projects that drive efficiency and quality across the organization. Since January 2024, I’ve taken on a global role steering Customer Master Data alignment - focusing on improving data quality, harmonizing field usage, and streamlining processes across regions. As the Global CSX Customer Master Data SME, Salesforce Service Cloud SME, Key User for CSX customer data processes and SAP, and a Henkel Ambassador I provide subject matter expertise, deliver training, support system testing, and share insights in to Henkel. These responsibilities add a rewarding variety to my leadership role and keep me continuously learning and evolving. I’m a motivated and dependable leader who enjoys helping others grow and develop.
