• Avoided time overruns by liaising and obtaining approvals from 10 different statutory authorities
• Worked with more than 30 Stakeholders including turnkey vendor ensuring no cost overrun
• Designed and implemented heavy-equipment replacement and layout modification project in tobacco process plant
• Planned and executed INR 200 million project within 7 days with nil loss to production
• Instituted training processes and supported team in designing and implementing the manufacturing execution systems for ITC’s newest cigarette factory
• Designed Interactive Training Manuals that are used to train more than 100 associates
