• Key responsibilities at Steria included:
• 1. Preparing statutory financial statement ensuring compliance with IFRS and audit requirements (Ernst and Young).
• 2. Quarterly financial consolidation of group financials in an application named “Magnitude”, reconciling various intercompany balances to facilitate hassle free consolidation (Involves multi currency and multi country transactions, giving effect to forex revaluation).
• 3. Consolidation of monthly management report at each project level, reconciling this with financial trial, preparation of a statement of variance for these number vis-à-vis budget (prepared at the beginning of the year) and forecast (submitted each month by respective project managers) and analysis of these variance from GL or by querying these with respective project finance manager.
• 4. Submission of various monthly and weekly reports to corporate office, such as Cash-flow statement (including various qualitative details such analysis of cash-flow, billing, contract etc.), GMC data (includes details of Pipeline, order booking, collection, bench, gross margin by project etc).

Genpact has 93% penetration in the finance and operations of GE Equity, we as a Genpact team take care of all financial and operational matter and report to Finance Controller, Tax Director and FP&A manager at business end.
• 1. Responsible to drive projects to clean up general ledger, for all the issues posted after integration with GE CFS.
• 2. Solely responsible for financials cosolidatoin, which includes Currency Translation Adjustment (CTA), Marked to Market (MTM) roll ups, dividend rollups, Net Income (NI) rollups check from subsidiary to parent company for all the business unit of GE Equity.
• 3. Handled reconciliation of inter-company balances of GE Equity business, which involved multi currency transactions.
