I helped build the India development centre and established the engg processes, qa team, installer & localization engg team, digital video teams, growing the team size from 7 to over 125.
• Besides establishing component delivery, our team also took up ownership of full products - PageMaker 7.0 (major update) and PhotoDeluxe (minor upgrade) and established a product development culture at the campus.
