I have 20 years of work experience in sales, marketing, retail operations, consulting, and customer engagement. I started my career in 2005 in the automobile industry and since then have worked in different sectors like fashion retail, FMCG, digital business, and media consulting. These years have given me wide exposure to how businesses grow, how customers think, and how to build long-term relationships. At present, I am working with Mahindra & Mahindra as part of the Born Electric Vehicle (BEV) team. Here, I contribute towards building awareness and customer adoption of Mahindra’s high-tech and innovative eSUVs. My responsibilities include handling the sales process, planning and executing marketing activities (both online and offline), organizing events and promotional activities, and providing technical support for smooth operations. Being part of this team gives me the opportunity to combine my passion for automobiles with my belief in sustainable and clean mobility. In my past roles, I managed operations and teams for big retail brands like Arvind Lifestyle, Aditya Birla Fashion, and Mohan Clothing, where I focused on customer experience, sales growth, and store performance. As a business consultant and entrepreneur, I worked with clients to help them in digital marketing, social media growth, and business planning. I also worked with AskMe.com in the digital space, where I gained experience in fintech solutions and online customer engagement.
