Self-improvement continues for ever and Harvard Leadership courses and PRINCE2 added to the knowledge bank. Maritime Writing helped me to overcome burning issues, work my brains and give my insights. More than 100 articles in many journals and magazines from Port Strategy UK to Maritime Gateway, IPIR , to Conference papers in Malaysia, India and blogs developed my brand The next level combined both experience and consulting into ground realty as AVP -Project Site in charge in South Gujarat for new hub port. From viability to survey and DPR to public relations it was putting things on the ground in a challenging real world. Nation Building - Campaign for Mega Port My articles HUB PORT 1, 2 and 3 were published in I P I R in 2012 /13. ( copies available ) These were forwarded to the concern policy makers in N Delhi also. This was followed up with proactive suggestions and finally a feasible plan of Offshore mega port to Maharashtra Govt which was verified with a detailed techno commercial study by AECOM.
