I’ve had the privilege of spending the past two decades in the SF tech community, helping build and scale category-defining companies through the emergence of Cloud, SaaS, the App Economy and AI. I’ve built and operated high-performing global revenue teams, applying a data-driven approach to customer engagement. My strategy includes connecting with the right customer at the right time, listening closely, and maintaining a tight feedback loop between customers and product. I spent over 8 years at Square in senior leadership roles across Sales, Account Management, Support, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data Science, including leading Square’s Generative AI task force. I eventually led all of Square’s customer-facing teams, managing a global organization of more than 2,000 employees and reporting directly to Jack. During this time, Square’s business unit scaled 10X to more than $7B in annual revenue. I joined Square with my team from Framed Data, a YC company focused on user behavior prediction using Deep Learning, where I led Sales and Customer Success, and was an early investor. Prior to that, I was the first sales hire at Quid, an early Big Data company backed by Founders Fund, where I helped build the GTM motion and land many of the company’s first major enterprise customers. Currently, I’m CRO at Postman, leading Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Strategy and Operations. Our focus is scaling Postman into the platform that sits at the center of modern software and AI development. APIs connect models, data, and services, making them foundational to how companies build and run AI. We’re seeing strong demand and are investing heavily to expand our reach and execution globally. I’ve also spent the past decade investing in tech startups through my personal seed fund, Upforth. I enjoy working closely with founders on early GTM strategy, hiring, and reaching initial product-market fit and traction.
