• I managed a key set of solution architects responsible for the fundamental pillars of Fidelity’s brokerage platform - capabilities, operations, and how customers experience Fidelity through Fidelity.com and the branches.
• I was the lead architect for Fidelity Robo-Advisory services (Fidelity Go and Fidelity PPA), Direct Index Fractional Shares, Account Opening, Money Movement, Real Time Payments (RTP, RFP), microservice workflow and business-process automation, RPA, branch-network technology/infrastructure, and the next generation Fidelity.com experience platform. I supported natural-language processing/understanding architecture including ML / AI platform capabilities and the experience built on top of them through our voice channels, our virtual assistant, and our experience platforms powered by conversational design. I also supported the UXD team's design and system implementation. I also led efforts to dramatically improve the straight-through-processing rates across the brokerage and wealth-management business lines through JTDB frameworks.
• Impact:
• Fidelity.com continues to win awards while dramatically improving call-deflection rates through digital enablement - service delivery success up to 97%. The end-to-end architecture I built grew the Fidelity Go and PPA business from zero assets under management to $5.6 billion. I am the strategist behind the foundational elements of the customer experience platform that currently powers the Fidelity.com omni-channel experience. I had architectural oversight and managed $1.7 billion of annual budget.
• I had a dramatic impact on a new way of developing applications at Fidelity and was the key driver behind the vision of Fidelity’s Helios Experience Omni-Channel Platform that will radically reduce costs through No-Code / Low-Code, AI powered, conversational architecture.

• I was responsible for a chapter of architects and platform engineers that is building Fidelity’s new crypto trading platform. I was responsible for the hiring and onboarding of some of the best technical talent across the Industry.
• As a player-coach, I was hands-on writing code in Java and Solidity with the omnibus institutional wallet that manages billions dollars of direct assets through workflows, entitlements, ADFS authentication, Symantec 2FA, roles and multi-chain support as well as a new books, records systems and multi-asset trading platform called Green Meadows and Green Pier.
• I worked for the CTO and CIO of Personal Investing creating a new chapter area dedicated to building crypto native capabilities that is positioned to compete with Coinbase, Binance and other major platforms.
• I worked closely with user-experience design/research teams and the associated executive business sponsors on defining crypto-enabling business services and capabilities.
• I collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of institutional clients. The Personal Investing business unit traditionally focuses on retail requirements primarily.
• I led the architecture and design of the wallet system, including the development of secure key management and multi-sig functionality.
• I personally implemented and integrated blockchain protocols and APIs to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
• I conducted code reviews and provided guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards. This required working closely with the security team to ensure that the wallet system is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
• I was a thought leader delivering to the Fidelity Crypto community the latest developments and research in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space, and brainstorming to understand how Fidelity could incorporate new technologies and features.

• I was on-boarded at this telecommunications company during the start-up phase. As a member of the leadership founding team, we were able to grow the company from 6 people to over 4,000 employees in two years and was later acquired by Teleperformance. My role was to write the core software in C++ as well as develop some of the first web-based screen pop software. We had access to a G3R telephony switch answered in real-time calls for most of the mobile carriers' service calls as well as servicing of major banks credit card offerings.
