  • Writing gives me a different joy altogether. So, the opportunity to be a part of and write for the Lokmat group was an exciting one. 'Lokmat', is the largest read & circulated Marathi language newspaper. It is the fifth largest Indian daily and is the largest selling daily in Marathi.
  • In 2010, Lokmat decided to launch a series of Coffee Table Books that highlighted the inspiring stories of various dignitaries and prominent personalities of Pune. The book commemorates the efforts of the dignitaries, who, through their field of expertise and acumen, have contributed to the growth of Pune and have helped Pune become a landmark city of India for growth, development and opportunities.
  • The coffee table books are published in English and Marathi and I wrote the english part. This wonderful opportunity gave me a chance to meet and interview the face changers of Pune and assist Lokmat with the publications.
  • The first coffee table book was released on 7th November 2011, at the hands of, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, former Honorable President of India, who was then the Finance Minister of India. Also present for the launch was Mr. Prithviraj Chavan, the then Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

I loved interacting with the new CSEs and thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility to teach them the process, boost their confidence, motivate them and make them ready for the job. The overall training experience lasted for 9 months.
  • The final lap at WNS was in a leadership role. With a team size of 13, the key responsibilities were:
  • 1) Managing the team and their performances and ensure achievement of SLAs.
  • 2) Client engagement, Client Reports and Reviews.
  • 3) Handle customer escalations on calls taken by the CSEs.
