Since then, I’ve worked across consumer categories including health, food, and consumer tech, with leadership roles at Chai Point, BigBasket, Healthkart, and BYJU’S. I enjoy the mix of strategy and hands-on execution—launching categories, scaling growth across digital and physical channels, and building teams that can navigate both speed and complexity. More recently, I co-founded a US-based startup, leading go-to-market, pricing, and early revenue while working closely with customers and teams across the US and India. That experience deepened my appreciation for operating across cultures and building businesses that balance growth with structure. I’m most energized by roles where I can partner closely with founders, boards, or global leadership to build the next phase of growth. I’m currently exploring D2C leadership roles (CEO / CMO+ / Business Head) as well as India leadership roles within global organizations or GCCs, where strong execution, clarity of economics, and thoughtful scale really matter.
