I am a Talent Acquisition Manager at LoadShare Networks Pvt Ltd, a leading logistics platform in India. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology. My core competencies include end-to-end recruitment, human resources, and sourcing strategies for non-tech and leadership roles across various business verticals. Since January 2020, I have been responsible for managing the non-tech and product hiring for the core business verticals of LoadShare Networks, such as B2B, B2C, product, and corporate teams. I have successfully closed multiple positions for enterprise sales, business development, program management, business analysis, finance, growth, data engineering, regional and zonal head, and more. I work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and plan the sourcing strategy accordingly.
