About

I am a third-year Sports and Exercise Science (BSc) undergraduate student at Newcastle University with a Placement year at Bromley FC, as the First Team Sport Scientist/S&C for the duration of 2024/25 season. During my time at Newcastle University, I have had four Research Assistant internships and two years of Sport Science/S&C experience. In 2022/23 I was the Research Assistant in collaboration with AGCAS, helping understand Student Placement Perceptions. In 2024, I was a Research Assistant in Nutrition Education, where I co-authored “Deaf people’s experiences of health, wellbeing and nutrition-related research and education: A scoping review.“ In 2024/25 & 2025/26 I worked as the Conference Chair and Research Assistant for the Annual Sports Psychology Conference at Newcastle University (2025 and 2026), where I’m proud to of achieved CASES Endorsement for the event. During 2024/25, whilst on placement at Bromley FC as the First Team Sport Science/S&C Intern, I also served the Lead U21/B Team Sport Scientist on an Interim Basis, whilst supporting the Academy (Foundation Phases) on a sessional basis. In 2025/26 I am now the Strength & Conditioning Coach at the North East Coaching Company (NECC), where I lead and deliver sessions to youth footballers (u9-u16s), both on pitch and in the gym. Whilst completing my final year of my BSc in Sport & Exercise Science (with Placement), I also serve as the Sport & Exercise Science Employability Engagement Intern supporting the BSc students in improving employability.
