Hiraash Thawfeek is an entrepreneur and product technology leader with more than two decades of experience building and scaling innovative software products and organizations. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Multiplier, where he helped shape the company from its earliest days into a globally recognized Global Employment technology brand, growing it from inception to sub-100M revenue at global scale. An entrepreneur at heart, Hiraash co-founded Creately.com, where he spent over a decade as CTO/CPO building one of the world’s first SaaS tools in online diagramming and collaboration—establishing a global presence and pioneering a new category. He also served as SVP of Technology at Lazada (Alibaba Group), leading online grocery and loyalty platforms across Southeast Asia. Throughout his career, Hiraash has combined deep technical expertise with executive leadership, spanning industries from SaaS and eCommerce to global employment tech. He brings unique experience in building organizational strategy for product-driven companies, and in guiding diverse teams, technologies, and industries to deliver impact at scale.
