Gaurav is a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has been with BCG since 2020 and joined the firm as a Senior Associate. Gaurav has worked primarily in Financial Services and Technology domains across strategy formulation, organization and operating model design, digital strategy and tech-enabled transformation. He is currently working on a year long Ambassador Program with the BCG Henderson Institute, researching themes related to AI and Technological Innovation as a part of the Tech & Biz lab team. The BCG Henderson Institute is BCG’s think tank, dedicated to exploring and developing valuable new insights from business, technology, economics, and science. Prior to joining BCG, Gaurav has worked at J. P. Morgan and Deloitte Consulting. He completed his MBA from Indian School of Business where he received the Young Leader award, served as the President of the Public Policy club, and interned with NITI Aayog (Public Policy Think Tank of the Government of India). He also holds a Masters degree in Economics and Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani.
