• Consulted on a part time basis with this remote first EdTech startup at an exciting growth stage. I implement recruitment processes and practices and trained the talent team and senior management how to attract the right kind of people.
• Hired 12 key C suite/ Heads of roles in Product, People, Sales, Engineering and enabled the small recruitment team to hire over 60 people in 10 months!

• My role was to support the CEO of Project F in handling the operations of its Women In Tech community group, The F Factor.
• The F Factor has around 900 members across Australia and New Zealand and is growing daily. It's goal is to support women (incl trans and non-binary) throughout their career lifecycle in what can be a challenging sector.
• The group offers members four engaging events each year, an informal mentorship program, numerous career resources and priority access to career opportunities with Project F's client partners who are all companies leading the way in fostering gender equality in tech in Australia.

• Being the first recruiter in Europe I was tasked with setting up the recruitment process and strategy in order to manage the projected growth in London & Wrocław. I also assisted global teams recruiting in Singapore & Australia. The positions I focussed on were iOS & Android Devs, Mobile Testers (manual & automation), PMs, BAs & other miscellaneous roles from junior to Director level. I doubles the team and increased diversity and was a key player in promoting the business by attending and hosting meetups and taking a keen interest in employee engagement with social activities such as Quizzes and events.
• Notable achievements:
• Introduced a remote work and flexible hours scheme to attract and retain staff
• 120+ perm & over 50 contractors hired in 4 years, almost doubling the London and US office
• Built a team of developers and testers in Wrocław, Poland from scratch
• Successfully improved the number of referrals by 150% by making changes to the existing scheme by adjusting the incentives and taking time for 1:1 sessions
• Minimised the use of agencies, saving a total of over £200k in 4 years
• Increased overall diversity by 90%. 1/3 of the engineering team identified as women.

This involves building strong relationships with suppliers, while looking at new ways to increase revenue along with supporting sales and the operations and commercial departments. I've also played a part in brochure production by assisting with proof reading, copy writing and working with content management system.

• The role of travel sales consultant has been to offer a high level of customer service along with doing everything possible to meet sales targets. Responsibilities held here include using Amadeus and DTM to book flights, accommodation, transfers amongst other extra tours/activities.

• As a ThaIntro group leader it was my role to lead and supervise a group of up to 18 people with the activities and oversee all the logistical and administrative aspects of the tour. This also meant ensuring the health and safety of the group. Sales was also a part of the job, with add on trips available to the group.
