I am the founder of Earth Tatva, where we work towards reducing mining for natural resources by 60% by making products from recycled ceramics. I also contribute to circular design as a visiting faculty at educational institutes and policy & systems design. I am driven by the the powerful Japanese quote: "If others can do it you can do it too. If none can do it you MUST do it." Ambassador for WDO's Young Designers Circle.
Young Designers Circle is a programme to harness the creativity and ambition of the generation of designers under-40 across multiple disciplines. This pilot programme is aligned with WDO’s objective to promote the use of design to help meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The initiative aims to strengthen the role of design leadership today, by planting seeds that will lead to large impact tomorrow.
My role is to interact with YDC's core team & share feedback on the roadmap & various initiatives. Promoting design engagement with the wider network will be a key value addition.
