Earlier, as VP and Head of Sales at Property Share (Alt) Group, I managed over 2000 investors while leading a team of 8 sales professionals. In December 2024, as the investment manager, we successfully launched India's first SM REIT scheme, raising c. USD 45 million. The IPO was oversubscribed by 1.19 times. Alt Capital, part of the Property Share Group, is a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, and Category II Alternative Investment Fund manager. I hold a Global MBA from EDHEC Business School, specializing in Emerging Markets, Strategy, Change Management, and Project Management.
