- Under my leadership, the Business Insight & Technology (BI&T) drives SAP’s continuous innovation journey by streamlining and rethinking internal processes and systems at SAP, delivering best-in-class real-time analytical insights across the company, and providing Financial Planning and Steering of SAP’s financial performance. In this responsibility, BI&T orchestrates the internal Run Simple initiatives at SAP, simplifying and renovating SAP’s key business processes and systems to match the company’s cloud and platform strategy.
- As a simultaneous financial and innovation leader, I am responsible for the close alignment between the business and development and ultimately, for supporting the execution of SAP’s 2015-2020 growth and profitability strategy.
- I have been most proud of our work to get all the different business areas at SAP together around the table to collaborate and work as one SAP - improving the way we run end to end, in the interests of both SAP and of our customers.
