About

Currently VP of Engineering at Dropbox, focused on building Dropbox Dash - agents, chat, and search at work with all your work context. Prior to that, worked as a software engineer and executive, building products like Uber, Uber Eats, and LinkedIn. And tried my hand as a founder. At Uber, led engineering for the core Uber Eats food delivery business and built Uber's driver acquisition org leading to millions of drivers worldwide, managing over 400 engineers. At LinkedIn, helped build the profile, higher ed, and flagship orgs managing over 150 engineers, and was a key leader for two of their largest product rewrites. Between Uber and Dropbox, I founded Yaddle.ai, an AI-powered search engine exploring how large language models could transform information retrieval and knowledge discovery. I started my career in sensor data fusion for object tracking and autonomous navigation, and that foundation still shapes how I think about AI, data, and systems design today. Beyond my role at Dropbox, I advise several AI startups, helping founders craft thoughtful product and engineering strategies. I’m a software generalist at heart and still love to code. I’ve built products like Draft Punk (an AI Fantasy Football draft kit), Earthquake Alert (the #1 earthquake app on Android), and Yaddle.ai (an AI-powered search engine). I believe in a people-first approach to engineering leadership, creating environments where teams can grow, ship fast, and find joy in building the future together.
