• I was hired to lead tech and engineering across Europe but my role quickly expanded to help with North America hires too. I have 3 direct reports and have hired for Quixel, MetaHuman, EOS, Unreal Engine, Fall Guys, Fortnite, Rocket League, UEFN, Capturing Reality, Plastic and Cloud Infrastructure. • My role at EA was varied but I would describe the core of my role as hiring for EA's studios (DICE, Criterion, Ghost) and core tech teams (Frostbite, SEED, Analytics, QE) across Europe. I hired Senior Directors to interns and all roles within a AAA studio. And when needed, to balance workload on my team, I helped build our corporate functions too(e.g. marketing, operations, finance, HR). Being involved in global hiring projects I’ve been able to make hires in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland. Other highlights include:
• Helped lead global hiring efforts for Frostbite including training hiring managers, advising on talent strategy and mentoring other recruiters.
• I founded the EA Guildford Culture Committee where I helped orchestrate 29 different clubs (such as go karting, board games and book club) and promote other events in the office.
