About

After two decades of managing broken HR systems, I stopped complaining about them and used AI to rebuild them from scratch. I dropped out of engineering, studied accounting, then spent 25 years inside HR — running Performance and Reward at HSBC and First Abu Dhabi Bank, leading HR Transformation at Noor Bank and Commercial Bank of Dubai, and consulting to over 100 organisations across the GCC, UK, and India, including with Aon. Seven years ago, I founded WeSoar with a radical idea born from my own experience with legacy systems: rebuild every HR process from first principles using AI, behavioural science, and neuroscience — instead of digitising processes everyone already hates. The result: the world's first AI-native System of Intelligence for Enterprise HR. 85+ capabilities across twelve domains, from skills intelligence and career architecture to AI agents and engagement. No venture capital. No legacy code. Profitable — and trusted by clients and partners across the GCC and UK. I hold a postgraduate qualification in HR and am certified by the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations at Levels 1 and 2. I host the Leaders in Employee Experience (LEX) podcast and speak frequently on AI in HR, skills-based organisations, and the future of work. Our advisory board includes leaders from SAP, Aon, PIF, and IE Business School. If your organisation runs SAP, Oracle, or Workday and wants to add intelligence without ripping and replacing, that is exactly what we built WeSoar to do.

Founder & CEO

  • Founded WeSoar to solve a problem I lived with for 20 years: enterprise HR systems that store data but do not make anyone smarter.
  • WeSoar is an AI-native System of Intelligence that sits on top of SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or any existing HRMS — adding 85+ features across twelve capability domains, three AI agents, and strategic consulting. No rip and replace. No migration. Intelligence on top of what you already have.
  • Twelve domains: Skills Intelligence, Career and Succession, Performance Enablement, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, Organisation Design, Engagement Intelligence, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Rewards Strategy, Transformation Toolkit, and AI Agents.
  • We also deliver what consulting firms typically take six months to complete — HR maturity diagnostics, operating model design, job architecture, grading frameworks, and transformation roadmaps — operationalised in weeks.
  • Built for regulated industries. ISO 27001, DESC CSP, CSA STAR Level 1 certified. SaaS, private cloud, or fully on-premises.
  • Native Arabic, English, and Spanish and supporting 100+ languages.
  • Profitable and privately held.
  • Headquartered in London with offices in Dubai and India.
