Proven experience of collaborating with the business units & the management to enable the organization achieve its strategic goals through, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations & HR Administration. I started my journey in Human Resources as an Assistant Manager - HR at Aditya Birla Retail Ltd., where I was responsible for performing end-to-end HR activities of 400+ employees. Major accountabilities included Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, payroll administration, ensuring store HR policies compliance, employee health & safety regulations. In my next stint at Landmark Group, I was single handedly accountable for all the Recruitment and HR generalist activities for the in-house analytics team consisting of 100+employees. Major responsibilities included full cycle recruitment, campus hiring program, payroll administration, performance management, coordination of training & development activities, liaison with 3rd party vendors and collaborating with the business for smooth HR operations.
