• ► Smart Taxi Suite: The Taxi contractors need to maintain a daily log of the number of passengers boarding the cab, hence each one of them had to make an entry into a thick register. Smart Taxi Suite is a completely voice controlled solution which comes with a variety of features ranging from face recognition based entry to listening to the latest news updates. Time to bid adieu to boring cab rides!
• ► Rewards Portal: PayPal Rewards Portal is instrumental in engaging the users by incentivizing them for their interactions. Therefore the marketing team needs to roll out attractive reward schemes frequently. This means that they needed to go over the cumbersome cycle of manually handling the data in complicated formats. The portal solved this problem by exposing a crisp interface for all the CRUD operations.
• ► Mocker: Whenever the iOS developers at PayPal wanted to visualize a UI change, they had to deploy the changes on a stage environment before fetching them for the views. This added an undesirable overhead to the development time. iOS Mocker not only solved the above problem but also allowed the developers to make changes to the layer providing data, independently.
• ► Usage Tracker: FPTI (First Party Tracking Infrastructure) is PayPal's internal tracking and analytics system. It has been designed to capture suitable, basic reporting dimensions available with minimal configuration and additional work. This project aimed to leverage the full power of FPTI for the PayPal's iOS application but covering all the loopholes in the tracking mechanism.
