I like working on hard, slightly messy problems that need structure, clarity, and action. In the past, I’ve built and fixed systems across sales, hiring, strategy, and operations. I’ve worked directly with founders and cross-functional teams to take open-ended problems and turn them into something that moves. At my last company, I helped launch a vendor marketplace, rebuilt our CRM so the team actually used it, and set up a hiring pipeline that worked at scale. Before that, I was at Deloitte, working on cloud and AI transformation projects. I started my career as a lawyer. It taught me how to deal with complexity, but I wanted to be closer to execution. I care about building systems that are lean, useful, and easy to run. I use tools like Airtable, Notion, Smartlead, and AI agents to make work faster and cleaner.
