• Esmihogar provided the ability for immigrants to buy a home in their country of origin, whilst providing them an easy way to manage the capital transfered to their families to help build their patrimony. It quickly built up a 12,000 immigrant network, product specs, partnership with banks to process international loans, as well as construction companies to build homes. However, it became apparent that to deliver quality homes from afar you had to control production (home building) as well as the customer side, and develop enough volume for banks to properly service clients. To provide continuance to the knowledge obtained Yannick helped Spanish company Inmoferrocarril in 2007 to launch 7,600 social home mixed use urban development, the name "Esmihogar" was translated to "Omeular" in portuguese and Yannick co-founded a real estate developer, Abramar, in Brazil.

• After consulting and managing consulting projects to create Ariba's software roadmap and implementations of its software for years, Yannick joined Ariba to manage the first technology strategy project for Ariba clients. That lead to creating the Ariba Strategy methodology for future engagements of the new strategy practice. Eventually Yannick become Strategy Consulting Director for Europe and then represented more broadly both its SAAS products and associated consulting leading business development in the Middle East region in 2005.

• Developed technology product roadmaps (i.e. Supplier Network, Contract, Sourcing modules) for B2B software company Ariba Inc. Previously helped its clients World Wide Retail Exchange (WWRE) and a consortium of the newspaper industry led by Knight Ridder create procurement solutions for their respective industries.
• Created industry applications for bar coding internet technology in various industries.
• Re-engineered and consolidated internal processes (from sales to production to finance) of large enterprises in multiple industries (i.e. Banco Santander, Nations Rent, Alfa Laval, France Telecom).
• Over 4 years started as consultant, went on to senior consultant and by the unfortunate and unfair demise of Arthur Andersen, became project manager.

• Positioning the new landscape and vegetation of Bill Baggs Park thanks to GPS and GIS systems.
• It basically meant walking around the forest under the hot sun and humidity, bitten by mosquitoes and ants, while remembering strange plant names and dealing with very rudimentary technology that many times failed simply because clouds interfered with satellite signals or because triangulation did not work properly with our device.
• The end goal was the removal of exotic plants of the forest and reforest and monitor 180,000 native trees.
