About

As president of SAP’s Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) Region, I am responsible for all sales and operations, and for developing our business, in this exciting and diverse part of the world. I know that the leading businesses in the global economy are the ones that listen, understand, and act in a continuous and connected cycle of improvement. We support them with powerful technologies that help them identify opportunities, risks, and trends. Intelligence like this is turned into meaningful action across every part of the business. Social responsibility is very much at the core of SAP. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning and everything digital. That’s why I sit on the board of Wissensfabrik, a network of companies and business-related foundations that promotes a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) education among young people and offers them insights into the business world. I also support Germany’s Werte-Stiftung, which strives for social cohesion and equal opportunities, since I believe that shared values are central to a well-functioning society. My family and I live in southern Germany. Since early childhood, I have had a passion for soccer, especially for VfB Stuttgart. I am now even a member of its supervisory board, which is a great honor. I am also proud to serve on the advisory board of TVB Stuttgart, which has played in the country’s top handball division for many years.
