About

I am passionate about revolutionizing the way businesses approach growth, and I'm thrilled to be doing just that in my role as an Account Executive at Artisan AI, the company redefining business development with their AI-driven worker, Ava. As the first Account Executive based in EMEA, I help organizations unlock new opportunities by automating the entire business development process—allowing teams to focus on high-impact activities and achieve unprecedented efficiency. With my background as both a BDR and Account Executive, where I built my own pipeline from the ground up, I understand the time and effort it takes to prospect, write outreach emails, and secure meetings. That's why Artisan AI's approach to automating these processes resonated with me so deeply. Ava handles everything from lead generation to outreach, empowering businesses to scale faster without sacrificing quality. Outside of work, I'm a published author of the novel 'The Lies Behind Cambridge Minds'. I stay active as a multi-time marathon runner—raising over £2,000 for Hertfordshire Mind Network in my most recent race in Reykjavík. Next up: San Sebastian 2024! When I'm not running or writing, you'll often find me cheering on the mighty Chels at Stamford Bridge. ⚽️ Feel free to reach out if you'd like to connect or learn more about how Artisan AI is transforming business development with automation. 📨 jhayes@artisan.co 🔗 www.artisan.co
