As Head of Brand, I help guide our global brand narrative - shaping the vision for what Netflix stands for and how people around the world come to see, feel, and experience it. Our goal is to deepen the relationship between Netflix and our members in ways that extend beyond the incredible stories we introduce each year. In parallel, I lead our Global Marketing Partnerships team, where we collaborate with some of the world’s most admired brands to create surprising and imaginative campaigns that extend the fandom and amplify the cultural impact of our most beloved stories and endeavors (TUDUM, Netflix House). Together, these two functions share a common ambition: to ensure that Netflix is seen to be a constant source of surprising, exciting and inviting marketing that strengthens our connection with our current and future fans around the world. Before Netflix, I held leadership roles at Google and Motorola. I serve on the Effie Awards board and am committed to building diverse, empowered teams that create work that resonates and moves culture forward.
